Cindy has a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from Michigan State University & Western Michigan University Graduate. She was also an Adjunct Professor at Valencia College in Orlando. Her Life long Dream was to create a feature film about Recovery and bring HOPE to the masses which she has accomplished with GRACE, winner of the Audience award at the Naples International Film Festival and the Special Jury Award for Best Actress (Annika Marks) at the Woods Hole Film festival.
Additionally Hazelden Publishing the largest publisher of recovery materials in the world is releasing a special package of the film with a uniquely created six week Facilitator's Guide to be used at recovery centers across the world. Cindy is joining with DolGer Films to create more positive stories that will share hope and awareness on a variety of social issues including recovery.

Sylvia Caminer is an Emmy® Award-winning director/producer, with extensive credits in film and television. Over the past twenty years she has filmed on five continents, beginning her producing career in the independent New York film scene. Most recently she was the U.S. Producer on the international Co-Production of CHOSEN starring Harvey Keitel and Julian Shatkin and the Multi-Award-Winning GRACE. starring Annika Marks and Sharon Lawrence recently released by eOne.
Additionally over the past six years Sylvia produced five narrative feature films: AFTERMATH released theatrically by Freestyle Releasing in 2014 available on VOD/DVD April 21, 2015, starring Anthony Michael Hall, Chris Penn, Frank Whaley, Federico Castellucio, Jamie Harrold, Leo Burmester, Lily Rabe and Tony Danza; DUTCH BOOK starring Keith David and Richard Edson; DOORMAN starring Jackie Long, Zulay Henao and Gary Dourdan; LOVE ‘N DANCING starring Amy Smart, Tom Malloy, Billy Zane, Rachel Dratch, Caroline Rhea and Betty White and BREAKING POINT starring Tom Berenger, Busta Rhymes and Armand Assante.
